Acropolis, Athens

Acropolis is a rocky mound that rises in the heart of Modern Athens. It’s considered as a symbol of Greece and Athens, a western civilization. Acropolis is crowned with three amazing temples traced back to the 5^th century. A two and a half kilometer walk would take you to the Archaeological Promenade.

Corfu

This is the real deal for travel enthusiasts. Corfu is an island that bridges the gap between Lonian Sea and Adriatic coast. Along the coastline, you will also find other beaches like the Pelekas while likes of Corfu Old Town bursts with anti-pirate castles, Venetian relics, and sun-splashed esplanades.

Cape Sounion

Best known as the site of the ruins of Ancient Greek, Cape Sounion is located at the southernmost tip of Attica peninsula. Meteora

1. Aegina

Aegina is one of Greece’s Saronic Islands, located in the Saronic Gulf, 27 kilometers from Athens. The name is derived from Aegina, the mother of the hero Aeacus, who was born on the island and later became its ruler.

The Temple of Asclepius was a shrine dedicated to Asclepius at Epidaurus. It was Asclepius’ major sacred location. The sanctuary in Epidaurus competed with important cult sites like Olympia’s Sanctuary of Zeus and Delphi’s Sanctuary of Apollo.

Zagori is a region and municipality in Epirus, Greece’s northwesternmost region, about northeast of Ioannina. It is a breathtaking natural setting with an extraordinarily well-preserved network of 46 communities, national parks, rivers, and waterfalls.

Windsurfing and kitesurfing are the two most popular sports in Lefkada. Windsurfing in Lefkada is popular throughout the summer months due to the high winds that blow from midday until late afternoon.

The temple was constructed during the height of Greek culture in the second part of the fifth century BC (420-400 BC). The Phigaleians dedicated it to Apollo Epicurius, believing that the god of the sun and healing had saved them from sickness and invasion.

Karytaina, sometimes known as Karitaina, is a hamlet and community in the Greek region of Arcadia. Karytaina is located on a hill near the junction of the Alpheios and the Lousios rivers. The settlement goes back to the Middle Ages, although its history before the Crusader invasion in 1205 is unclear.

Serrano is a hamlet and former community in the Epirus regional unit of Ioannina. It has been a municipal unit of the municipality of North Tzoumerka since the 2011 local government reform. The municipality covers an area of 29.307 km.

It has modern aerial lifts and is known for the high quality of its snow as well as night skiing on two of Greece’s best-lit slopes. In addition, adjacent to Theseus hill is an 80-meter indoor treadmill for beginners. The center also offers a skiing carousel slope for unlimited pleasure, which will delight children.

Leros is a Greek island located 317 kilometers from Athens’ port of Piraeus, and a municipality in the Dodecanese region of the Aegean Sea’s southernmost Aegean Sea.
